You don't need that many. To be honest people will probably say front 14 and 15 and rear from 44 to 47. However, it all depends on how YOU ride. 14 46 is a good starting point though.

8 hrs is what I do for Snetterton and Brands. So thats three rounds. It's not all about the distance it's about the track and experience. I believe the circuit staff at knock hill are super helpful....
