| hopefully, the new broadband provider are going to sort all this out for us, so i dont have to call BT anymore. Because of all the mistakes made just trying to get a tel line, i have free line rental for a yr anyway so im keen to keep them for the standard line for obvious reasons. frustrating as we are affectively wasting rent/rates being paid as i have to sit at home to respond to emails. I hate call centres!!  had some guy on friday, and his english was so bad i had to cut him off because i could'nt understand a word.  |
