Google Maps

Not quite upto date (our road still isn't on there!) but it's a pretty nifty interface and better than the advert infested Streetmap!

That is pretty ace actually.

The route finder agrees with the route I take to work too! (I feel justified, although in a car there are quicker ways due to traffic congestion).

Only complaint I would have is that on the closer zoom (results returned when you just type in a postcode) the street/road numbering is missing. e.g. A316 although they still have names on the bigger roads.

AA route finder is so rubbish, and I never know whether to use streetmap, multimap or mapquest (all advert infested or a bit crap). Think I'll be using Google Maps now!

If only Google would launch a calendaring function, linked in with their email service, they'd have a pretty complete service.

only a matter of time!

Best feature is that you can scroll across to the next page without having to refresh the whole page.

Well, that looks quite good Ant, cheers.

Only one prob on my home to work route - it tells me to make a right turn at a major set of traffic lights - where there is no right turn permitted (except for buses)

I tried the return trip - and it sent me down a road, which has 'no entry except for Buses, cycles & taxi's'

but enforcements have been in place for over 20 years on those roads too
- maybe it just needs some 'blips' sorting - but is clear to read tho.
