| i asked tp his advice on these atec systems,they are very good,2 year warrenty,so we bought a 37". just had a hd box fitted,bought it off ebay then got a man to fit it as the hd box requires 2 leads from the out side dish as you can record one chanel while watching another, now heres the tricky bit? the leads the hd box comes with are poor so we bought these component leads from comet/currys,they are fibreoptic with a life time warrenty,(£70-£90).the leads are colour coded & you require the sound ones too. the picture is much improved over the scart leads! sky do the footie games in hd but at a extra cost of £10 per month,i watched my first game the other week in hd as i bought a pay per view game (£8), the picture was amazing! im not paying the extra £10 as im happy with what i have at the mo,the hd preview on chanel 145 on sky gives you a view of how tv will be in the future,you must have hd box to view it. i went for the hd box as we wanted to record & hd is the way to go in the future.  |
