| If you mainlyu ride one up then swapping to a Ohlins shock from a single seat version (SPS or R) will give you a spring that is 1kg/mm softer and should improve the rear end feel.
if this the way you intend to go I wouldn't do to much to the front until you have the back end sorted.
One tooth smaller is a popular mod and works well on Ducatis, jsut need to make sure the ride height is adjusted to the right setting afterwards.
Can't advise on actual settings as I'm a bit lighter than you.
