quick update my puter kept crashing all the time the chip ive got is ment to run at 1.65 volts(cheers loz but that one you looked at was a laptop chip lower power useage) after being in contact with abit, who make my mother board it was suggested that i try upping the voltage to 1.725 volts. i have done this and everything is now running fine. does any one else think this sounds a bit iffy.
yep says it on the box puter auto detects it aswell, also has been running quitee hapily in me old board for a year or so puter also automaticly select right voltage aswell luckily this is manually over rideable
Be careful when upping the voltage as you will also increase the heat dissipation. You can check with something like Winbond hardware doctor which will monitor your voltages and temperatures.
