Demon Tweeks website

Just ordering some bits like brake lines on the DT website and when I got to checkout found that not only was the postage rate too high but they charge VAT on postage! Queried it with them by 'phone and discovered that you can get a cheaper postage rate by asking them for alternatives and no VAT - saved £5.65 for the price of a call.

Buying over the web isn't always the cheapest option

I've noticed that too - I've also noticed on certain computer parts websites that they're actually charging slightly more than 17.5% for VAT too!
