TPS - help needed in SE London

Having spoken with Nelly he believes the issue with my bike may be a dodgy TPS (Throttle Position Sensor), does anyone close to me have the necessary knowledge and equipment to test ??

I'm a technical buffoon but beer and donuts on offer to anyone that can assist ....

He has a collection service, or may even come to you with the equipment? Worth a phonecall at least...
