Springs are the same.
The bolts are M5 x 20mm so the ones Antonye linked to would do just fine.

Stainless steel in aluminium alloy is one of the worst material combinations possible for galvanic corrosion.

In the electro-chemical series, Al Alloy is anodic (negative potential), whilst stainless steel (and carbon) are cathodic (positive potential).
Unprotected Aluminium will suffer uniform corrosion as a result of galvanic action.
Protected Aluminium (anodised/painted) will be subject to deep pitting corrosion where scratches etc break the surface protection.

The worst combination is magnesium and carbon (assuming that gold and platinum are not used as structural materials!).

That said, I've got S/S bolts all over my bike...as long as there's no "electrolyte" (salt water for instance) then it's not a big deal.

The bolts screw into the clutch drum which is steel i think.

The bolts screw into the posts which are part of the drum. The ones on my old JHP/STM slipper clutch were titanium (allegedly), but I would guess that most of them would be steel.

The basket is steel on a standard clutch, but I'll be a monkey's uncle if the posts aren't ally..that said, being a bloke it is obvious that I have been wrong before.
