well almost........................ the stock lever on the 999/749 etc is 18mm bore and x19 ratio.
The "race" radial is 19mm bore so will shift a little more fluid. A x18 will probably feel about the same as you have now. The x20 will decrease the lever travel a little more than you have now.
Both will offer a small increase in "braking power" but nothing like the improvements on the 748/998 range as they only used a 16mm master cylinder
