I just had a look at the emulator on the Palmos site - I can get a passsable image of a Palm PDA on the PC screen, and all the basic functions seem to work (setting date and time, Notes, Calculator etc). I reckon it might do what you want (it's free to try out, anyway). The only problem might be getting the application in a suitable format. I've never purchased a programme for a PDA - do they come on a CD or something? I think the file type is .prc.
