Mood: Sort of shuffling along .....
Next question ... fitment method is "remove top triple tree". No problem , I can do that. Undo the steering damper, undo the three allen bolts on the fork yoke.

Now what do I do ... hit it with a rubber mallet? Cos it tis very firmly in place and doesn't want to move.

I have looked in a Haines manual, but unfortunately they assume some mechanical competancy ! There is the central fitment in the middle of the yoke ... slot down the middle, and holes around the out side. Does this have to be loosened? And if so how?
