| progress or lack of it well with 2 weeks to go the fairing and seat mounting brackets are still not made, the fairing needs to be fiitted and trimmed then painted, the footrest lowering brackets are still not made and I need to make a catch tank(plasic coke bottle anyone). All this should have been done at the beggining of this week but I am waiting for the metal fabricator before I can do anything else. there is also the small problem of setting up the bike as I think that the rear is a little low. also buying large tent type thing and new gloves as mine split at rockingham this week ( I thought clothing split when you put on weight not when you lost it  ) never mind at least i have got my beer fridge and tonight will get a diesel generator to power it and a light etc! my preperations have degenerated into chaos, basically a normal state of affairs!! dave  |
