| err, mostly 'equestrian'... Judged in front of the Queen (class was held up, whilst we waited for her to come down from the castle) at Royal Windsor Horse show, in the main ring. Got instructed to visit Royal Box after, for coffee to discuss merits of exhibits! - nice lady to chat to  Trod on Prince Phillips foot  in the 80's, when coming out of a marquee, at same show.Also, pushed Peter Gabriel off his pony during a gymkhana race, when at pony club in the early 70's  Non horsey: Cadged a lift with our service engineer (when I worked in the glazing trade) to see a mega huge conservatory we had done 2 years previously, where he was going to fix a door handle. Couldnt believe my luck, as the owner was home, along with his brothers, who were visiting - managed to get ALL the Bee-Gees autographs, and a photo of moi with them too!!!C, now leading a sedentary life.....  |
