Help anted - Where to get a cheap 2nd hand lap top !

I know a few of you guys are consideraaaaablaaayyy more clued up about IT than me (not difficult tbh!)

My ickle sister is after a cheap 2nd hand lap top for xmas (budget of about £200) and wondered, ebay aside, any good ideas where the old man can go ??

It needs to have windows 2000 or XP for her Ipod, and a DVD drive, and a decent sized hard drive and USB ports.

Any advice appreciated folks !!
