| Selling up and moving Well, after much soul searching we've decided it's time to move and find a new home closer to work. This morning I have an estate agent coming back for the 3rd time to sign on the dotted line etc. Just wondered if anybody had and advice/experience of anything else we can do to help - is it worth advertising privately as well (on the internet, in the local rag etc), or is it best left to the professionals? Or if anyone knows anyone who wants a large warehouse conversion in Northampton...  Cheers Martin  |
