Screen trim doesn't have much to do, it just has to stay the colour it started out as and stay put, so it shouldn't be rocket science. If it can't even do that for more than 6 months then in my book - it's crap! |

I've never used the bike stuff, you can get extruded slitted tube (best way I can describe it) in black, used to put on engineering cabinets to protect the sharp edges. Bends to the screen shape well and seems to stick on OK. Never had a problem with it so far.
