Pipes and jets

Hello!

I have a predator stainless race can (straight through?) fitted to my 600ss, which is very nice, but also extremely loud, and i can see myself :
A: Getting pulled over by mr plod if im not very careful
B: pi$$ing my neighbours off more than they are already

I was given a stock can with the bike ( i bought the bike last week) which i would prefer to fit back on for noise reasons, but i know the bike has a dyno jet kit fitted.

Im used to 2 stroke engines and know that jetting is crucial (holed pistons teach you this..).
I know that 4 stroke bikes are more forgiving when it comes to jetting, but if i put the stock can back on, will i do it any damage? I'm guessing it wil run rich

I've read that dynojet kits for the 600ss come with 2 main jets, but am unsure which one is installed.
The power issue isnt a problem - I'm being restrcited to 33bhp anyway on thursday.

Do you think its ok for me to put the stock can back on?
I dont want to do any damage.

Thanks in advance

Cy
