| broke my wrist a year ago,had to hve it pinned & wired.was in cast for 4 weeks,then pins out,then cast for another 2 weeks then start again,took about 4-6 weeks to get strength back to ride/work again.lots of supplements on market in holland & barretts,i doubled the dosage. |
