| Club memberships and board members, things are not what they used to be....
Having spent a while reading through previous posts etc from the archives 2003 etc, I am surprised to see the amount of peeps that are no longer club members or board members or both.
There appears to one hell of a lots of peeps that do not visit(logged in) or post anymore. Also the amount of board members that are also DSC members seems to have dropped considerbly.
I cant help thinking there is an underlying reason for this.
Is it that the board and the way that it is used is turning peeps away now, for what ever reasons.
Maybe some peeps have moved to other makes of bikes, or just given up on biking.
Maybe if there is an underlying problem with the club or board, or both it should be addressed to enhance both etc.
the amount of peeps joining the forum is a lot, but it's allways the same old regulars that visit on a regular basis.
Just my observation you understand, but any thoughts on this.
Just as a starter, the recent post from jewell, it stayed on the board for a fair time. But other less offensive post etc have been removed in mega speed.
To be honest that post would have put a lot of peeps off the board and club.
I am pretty easy goining , but it was an inappropiate posting, with no real use to anyone, not even himself.
Just my view, which I am entitled to.
