| I always stuck with bt010s on 996s and various R1s Blades etc. Before them it was the bt56ss and before that standard bt56. Never had any problem with them. I don't think they are really any poor tyres nowadays. Fortunatley I have only ever come off a bike twice once on Dunlops and once on Michelins. Even though neither time was really the tyres fault I seem to have avoided them ever since.
Will probably end up fitting 010s to my Multistrada when I come to need a pair. I do agree that when 70% worn or so the handling does seem to go off but has it happens gradually you do not notice it so much until you then fit a new pair of 010s and suddenly your bike is transformed and you end up singing the praises of the 010 again. |
