I still don't understand te requirement for 900 headers as they are 40mm diameter same as all monsters. Yes they are a bit longer to deal with the extra stroke of the 900 engine but thats immaterial as they get cut to be joined to a new collector.
My SS 2 into 1 conversion using 900SS 40mm headers cost me £125 including link pipe with me provideing the headers and the Silencer. and only have to travel 12 miles to get there, although when I had it done I just called in on the way home from work
