By taking them apart do you mean removing the actual lens. If so you will have to replace the lens using silicon or a similar sealing compound, this will outgas and could cause the misting. Interested to know how window cleaner prevents the outgasing. Will it not just mist up again once the lights get warm. I find just levering the rubber seal off slightly when it is dry soon clears the lens. If you ride in the wet or high humidity the moisture is drawn back as the lights cool. the only way to truly stop it is to either have an hermetic seal or make the airflow through the light freely.
Now I've got a clear lens I just need to make it point to the left.
