No - because they are made of multiple parts which have steel inserts. The anodising process will eat away any non-aluminium, so it will effectively destroy that part.

You can buy a replacement sprocket flange (the official part name!) which are anodised in different colours though - I have one on my Hypermotard in black which is the same as the 848, 748, 916, 996 and 998 -
