Is it just that one bush causing the problem?

Only new bushes won't fix the problem if the
groove that retains the circlip in the sprocket flange is worn - they will just keep backing out!

Basically you can keep replacing them but it will still keep happening.

You need a new sprocket flange (of the updated type that uses a spacer rather than a circlip) to fix the problem and stop it happening again ... as posted above!
