I've heard this. but also spoke to alot of fellow racers who have had no issues what so ever with them. spoke to a few ducati tuners and all are advising a shifter that cuts the coils and not the fuel as these are the ones which, in there opinion, have given issues in the past.
I just love the things and have raced for the last 10 years with one and would like one on my trackday toy.
