Mr Rolls and Mr Royce had bulit up their business from humble beginings, and they had a hard woking spinster, by the name of (?) who worked even longer hours and even more diligently that the two men.
When the business came to a plateau, it was realised that Mss ? had not had a holiday in many, many years.
So they spend a seriously and goodly amount of £ and bought her a 1st class birth upon the maiden voyage of a Great Ship. The Titanic.
Always puts me in mind of the Alanas Morisette track- Ironic!
