Hello Rockhopper - Steve at Moto Rapido did the Dyno runs and mapping for me - I don't know all the ins and outs of the type of Dyno, but he told me it was up among the best he'd got out of a bog standard 916 motor.
From looking at Dyno charts on sites like Doug Lofgrens and Moto One, it seems to be about right.
I think you're right tho' - didn't Ducati claim about 107 or 108 for the 916? - although if this was at the crank then taking off about 10% for Transmission losses comes to about 97 at the wheel with a standard exhaust..................

Just checked the Haynes - You're right - 109@9000 for the 916 and 112@8500 for the 996 - maybe this is the crank figure or maybe I've just got a slow Bip
