I decided to only do a couple of Sound of Thunder rounds with the 888 so I could contest the full DD series.
I persuaded her indoors that if I raced a cheaper bike we could still have a full-blown wedding before the season starts!!!
Obviously I omitted to comment that there is no such thing as a "cheaper" race bike, only a different one.................
With any luck the 888 will be eligible for Classic/Forgotten Era by the time I get round to racing it properly again.
