Old bike games - FOR FREE !!!

Yep - almost too good to be true...

No bothering with Kazza or Limewire, this guy has the goods ready to download DIRECT from his website

Here is the link to the original Moto Racer 1 program:

http://dave.slo-igre.net/index.php?p...ra&id_igre=597

I downloaded it last night - no viruses - but have yet to try it.

I was so please to find 'Road Rash' for the PC that I downloaded that and installed it straight away - took a little doing and there is no music (but some sound). Its just so cool that a game from 1996 still RUNS! - even if it does need a 'patch' to work.

Must have been good design in the first place.

I remember playing this on my Amiga (which I stil have somewhere) !!!

Website is in a strange language - any Ideas? Polish ???

It will not run through Bablefish correctly - but just click on the drop downs on the left or links for the Fave 15 on the right and it all seems to work OK.

If you dont have an on-line virus scanner - make SURE you scan em before loading / unpacking.

Seems I'm getting a good collection of bike games at the moment...

PS - Moto Racer 3 RULES !!!!

Have Fun - Frank

Oh dear - Motoracer1 runs a bit too fast on my PC.

I seem to remember a program to slow PC games down somewhere - but since I played MR1 to death on my old PC - I dont think I'll bother this time.

We used to use a program called slowdon.com to slow down PC's feeding jobs to massive saws cutting wood for timber trusses. It was in 99 so I don't have any details unfortunately but you are the google master
