Don't be swayed by bling in a shop.... and Casoli do lots of bling!

You asked a question, and got the answers from personal experience, but it's your money, I'd rather pay double (and I have) to get my bike serviced by someone who knows what they're doing. My last service was nearly £1300, but to be fair I did add about £500's worth of bits whilst she was there, but the bike has never missed a beat, and runs better than when she left the factory.

Tecmoto are under new management, but have an excellent reputation on this board.

As you picked up, Casoli's reputation is not quite what Tecmoto's is, but I know people who have had excellent service from Casoli.

For me, it would be TecMoto, there's a degree of customer care there that is sadly missing in most businesses these days.
