| Nice one  The 749S is a nicely balanced bike. The 999 has the same chassis, but more power which it's been said doesn't suit the bike as well. From the rave reviews of the '05 999 I'm guessing they've changed the suspension internals or settings to suit the bigger motor better. I bet they used exactly the same previously. I moved down from an RSV1000 to a 749S to enjoy my riding more. There's a greater satisfaction in thrashing a smaller engined bike!  |
