We are aware that some emails have been sent out from the MyDucati portal asking you to complete your registration details.

We have spoken to Ducati in Italy this morning (Weds 24th) to confirm the authenticity of these emails.

At the moment the advice is to ignore these emails, as it seems that they were mistakenly sent out via the salesforce system that is used for MyDucati. We can confirm that the links are not malicious, so it is not an attempt to hack your account, but the Ducati IT team are looking into why these were sent.

Once we have any further information from Ducati, we will let you know.

We have had communication from Ducati Italy to confirm that the emails were mistakenly sent from the MyDucati system during an upgrade yesterday.

You can ignore the email, and if you did click the link and updated your details it was done one the MyDucati system.
