I was running the Hypermotard 1100 on Super as well, but that was from Tesco. The last time I filled the 748S was with whatever unleaded they had during the fuel crisis last year!  I really don't do a whole load of miles so I'm happy to pay the little bit extra. Being a bit more scientific, I checked today's prices (31st Jan 2022) with the RAC: https://www.rac.co.uk/drive/advice/fuel-watch/ Regular unleaded: 146.53 Super Unleaded: 158.71 So you're looking at an extra 12p-ish per litre for Super over Regular.
