The R has the 998 Testastretta engine, so is a 998 in all but name. It has a full carbon fairing too, which I don't think the SPS has. SPS also has Showa forks, not Ohlins.

The Foggy replica is based on the 996S I think, but has Ohlins forks. The Hodgson rep is also based on the 996S but has standard Showa forks, but came with Termis, the paintjob and a few carbon extras (air tubes/reg holder, swingarm cover).

Personally, I don't rate the Foggy rep. Too overpriced for what it is, unless you're a collector and want to hang onto it. If you're going to ride it, get an S/SPS/R. The S gets my vote for value for money, or the R if you want something 'special'.
