is there any form as to what bike you ride , ? I know it needs to be from Bologna but what I mean is .. size and age ?

1st track day - excellent, you'll have a scream. Get yourself booked into Novice, get some free advice from the instructors too if you fancy it.
As for the bike, ride what you like! We'd prefer Ducatis , but I might be on the ZX.
