I dont think we are being too cautious as protecting this website and ourselves (I think - IMHO) is a higher priority than trying to do Ebay's detective work for them....
Even if we do seem to be quite good at it!
I'm sure we all feel sympathy that an individual has been maligned in this way but, I dont think it is in our or the DSC's interests to try and persue this any further than we have.
We are - after all - a motorcycle club just trying to do a little bit of good as go.
