You're in a similar quandry as the 916 etc. bikes. Speaking from experience (4 lowsides) I wouldn't bother with bungs. Does more harm then good.

Instead get a reinforced CF clutch cover from CarboTech (you can drive a lorry over it) and apply some Kevlar reinforcements on the inside of your fairing panels at strategic locations. The fairing will rub through the fibreglass but not the Kevlar. Then, fill the hole with body filler and a bit of paint and voila!

I know there have been plenty of threads on this subject, not all good information.
