This came up a while ago and I think the general feeling was that Ducati have now followed the trend of the Jap manufacturers and are quoting different BHP figs from previous years.
Now readings are quoted from the crank and not the rear wheel as in the past.
This puts them on a more even playing field with the opposition, but makes a bit of a joke of the power increase claims.
