Sorry to hear of your off Yella mate, Hall bends is a common spot for a bit of a tumble at Cadwell - the crowd outside the cafe usually helps! You say 'cold tyres', so I'm assuming it was after a full lap at least, so there will have been some heat in them, but not much, especially this time of year - the tarmac is very cold. On the basis that someone else on your bike could have taken the corner significantly quicker, (no disrespect intended), although tyres may well have been a factor, it's highly likely that this is not the full reason. Did the front go down first? Although I can't comment on your line, it's likely that something else like throttle control or a change of weight distribution would have been a contributing factor. At least you had plenty of run off with all the trees being cut away! Best accident I heard of there was the guy who did a wheelie all the way from the Mountain and didn't put it down in time to make turn one - imagine the emotions -wow what a wheelie, oh dear, what a dork!
