Dom If I sold all my other toys/parts and got a 999 WSB spec race bike I suppose I could do the following

Not ride to the monthly meets at the Old Devil and Popham etc
Not go to Boxhill this Sunday
Not ride with the fellow DSC members to the club stand at the BMF
Not ride up to the AGM with fellow DSC members
Not ride with fellow DSC members to the MegaMeet at Popham.

All things that I have done and will continue to do.
I have also supplied bikes for someone at the TT to ride for the last couple of years.

Desmo Due is going to be a bit of fun and I may well race in other classes like 600 supersport or SoT and Streetstocks. But main priorities this year will be to have the 998 Hybrid finished and ready for popham and also to finish my 996, I have no intention of ploughing all my money into Desmo Due.
At the end of the year and a £2k bike has proven to be a waste of time and the bikes to have are worth over £5k it will make far more sense for me to go back to doing SoT.

Each to their own as they say
