A very warm welcome from me too, Screwy.

I cant say I've heard of anyone having problems with the side stand. Mine seems to hold well as I'm always sitting on the bike with the stand down pretending to be Rossi

I like the idea of it returning automatically that I'm trying to modify my jap track bike to do the same.
