Tried the whole NIP being wrong, too long to issue etc etc
Whoever said they just ammend it are right, and that is OK and will stand up in court.
As for taking too long to issue the written NIP the police man claims he gave me a verbal notice at the time he stopped me (LIE) and again this is legal and will stand up in court.
Still looking far anyone that has or knows about Police Pilot being discredited.
