oh, thats easy ....

take off the clutch cover.

undo the six bolts holding the springs on.

take out bolts, springs and caps.

Gently pull the pressure plate out and the pushrod will come with it.

You can then remove the plates.

Put new plates in (ensuring they are in the right order of plain and friction plates)

Then put it all back together.

About half hours work.
