Curry

How long will it keep in the fridge?

Is a week and a half pushing it?

It's been in a plastic container.

I've been advised to sling it and order another one. Just don't want to waste money if it's perfectly edible.

You could always put it between some bread and have a salmonella sanga!

'Trust me I'm a Doctor' (honest) - bin it

Even at 6 degrees (most fridges) bacterial growth after 1 week is enough.
Put it this way - would you drink 10 day old milk?

I think I know what i'm talking about - I run a company specialising in the manufature and use of bacteria and fungi (also streptomycetes) for use in agriculture...

...but then again I do like a curry, and after a few pint of 'wife-beater' I would probably eat it now and regret it later.

Jas

And before anyone says anything - I'm nothing like the guy in the 'Yakult' advert.....
