| scruitineering shouldn't present a problem - it really is an MOT-like check of wheel/swingarm bearings, non-leaking fork seals, tyres fit to use, lockwired sump, bore and stroke on c/cases, vent into bottle, lock-stops work, everything's done up tight, got kill-switch, brakes work etc etc.
All basic stuff.
