For the swing arm I made up a length of tube, used 15 or 19mm Dia tube used for a wardrobe hanging rail from B & Q.

I cut it so that it was a few mm less then the distance between the inside of the frame mounts. I used it to tap out the swing arm bolt and slid it into the swing arm and engine in place of the bolt. It kept the swing arm located to the engine, held the bearings in place and allowed the frame to be lifted up and off the engine.
