Didn't drop the forks through the yokes etc no, although John tinkered with the settings, first time out yesterday and the back felt a millions times better than before, going to try and get some fast miles under my belt to get a better feel, John did recommend a new shim kit for the forks which I know one or two people have had done (someone on here had it done as I recall) so that could be the next step if I am still unhappy
