Neil Spalding reckons 620 Monster, basically because the chassis is more easily adjustable.
If I ever get to do DD (persuading Mrs Jools is harder than finding the money - even though I'm still skint) I would go that route simply because the Monster is basically a naked ST chassis and that's what I'm used to
