Load up the game and on the main menu screen press the following button combination to access the cheat keyboard.
R1 R2 L1 L2 R1 R2 L1 L2
Enter the cheat code SPEEDFREAKS using the keyboard to unlock 'all events'. This will allow full access to all events in the game including the full TT course
